The Jewish Agency JAFI together with the Ministry of Absorption and Tel-Ran College offers a repatriation program, which includes acquiring a specialty:

WHO IS IT FOR?
This program is for repatriates from the CIS countries who have higher education and are interested in acquiring a new specialty that opens doors to the world of high tech.
The program includes:

The IT sector in Israel is so significant that it occupies about 40% of the country's total economy, and the profession of a programmer is one of the most sought-after in Israel.
TEL-RAN EDUCATIONAL CENTER
27 years of successfully teaching everyone who wants to program. Many prosperous companies are regular customers of Tel-Run, which provides graduates with a variety of prospects for further employment. Tel-Ran alumni currently occupy leading positions in more than 150 Israeli high-tech companies.
STAGES OF THE REPATRIATION PROGRAM

Hebrew Ulpan language course - 500 hours, 5-6 months. The studies take place in the morning, 5 hours a day.

Starting with the second month, the studying is combined with professional training (in Russian), which takes place twice a week, after lunch.

At the end of the 5-6 month course, more intensive professional training begins: the studies are held 5 times a week, in Hebrew, morning and afternoon. The Hebrew lessons continue in parallel. The total volume of the course is 780 hours (430 theoretical and 350 hours of practical training).

At the end of the course, participants are expected to have 200 hours of internship in a real project in one of our friendly high-tech companies.
